There is one answer: Piwnica 37. The space is located in the heart of Łódź - waiting for your event! We offer a unique, atmospheric and intimate space - quiet or loud, always tailored to your needs! Full equipment and flexibility to adapt the premises to your expectations. We approach each client individually, adjusting the price, decor and additional services to the specifics of your event. Rent a premises for hours, days or days - we also offer full flexibility here!

Our Bar:

We present you our bar. Modular bar, consisting of two parts. We wanted our place to be fully flexible, if you need a full bar setting for your event, the bar can look like in the photos. You can also place it in a straight line with its fronts to create a longer, straight top.

One of the bar parts is also adapted to be the so-called "DJ" if you need music in the form of a DJ (either your own or one recommended by us), this will also not be a problem. The DJ himself or the tenant also has at his disposal two, thousand-watt (1000W) Behringer loudspeakers that connect to each other and to a phone or laptop, wirelessly. They can be placed either next to the DJ or anywhere in the venue!

As we already know, the premises were supposed to be flexible, which means that the 2 rooms with tables, chairs and sofas can be rearranged to suit your needs.

More room to dance? More space to sit? Or maybe one long, connected table running through both rooms, at which you can seat all your guests?

No problem! You decide what and how it should look like!

Details:

In these photos you will see some details of our premises, such as an old wall telephone located at our bar, which we bought at a flea market in Gdańsk and most likely dates back to the 1970s/1980s.

Apart from the telephone, we found some other cool curiosities from the old days, such as interesting old mirrors, metalwork or two collages made of beer mats, which were sold to us by a couple from Bielsko-Biała, whose passion was beer and collecting these mats.

Practical and technical information:

Capacity of the Venue: The venue can accommodate a maximum of 50 people (so that it is comfortable) for a club event, i.e. without seats for all the participants of the event. The venue has 3 rooms, which we adapt for club events in the following way: room 1: bar room, room 2: dance floor, room 3: room with seats (approx. 20-25 seats) and tables set up against the wall acting as a buffet.

Time of renting the venue: We hand over the keys to the venue on the morning of the event. You then have the whole day to prepare the venue for your event, decorate and bring everything you need. We start events at different times, usually at 7 or 8 p.m., but it is possible to start earlier. As for the end time of the event, it all depends on you, it can be 1 a.m., 4, 5, or a maximum of 8 a.m.*.

*Note! If there is another party the day after your party, you must leave the venue by 5:30!

Alcohol, catering and decorating the venue: We will bring alcohol, any catering, decorations and all the things you need to organize the party to the venue on our own on the day of the party between 6 and 10 a.m. (usually we agree on 8:30 a.m.) then deliveries are made on Piotrkowska Street and it is possible to drive up to the staircase in the gate, so that you do not have to carry all the things from Jaracz or Narutowicz. Another advantage of this solution is the fact that drinks and alcohol will be waiting for you cold for the evening.

Cutlery and glassware: At the moment we have a limited pool of glassware in the form of wine glasses, whiskey glasses and vodka glasses. The condition for using the glassware is to wash it after the party and leave it on the bar to dry (we are in the process of arranging a glass steamer and a larger amount of glassware). At the moment, we recommend stocking up on plastic/paper cups, glasses and tableware.

Please note! We do not provide glassware for 18th/20th birthday parties (unless these are smaller parties for up to 17 people). For all 18th, 20th and 21st birthday parties for more than 17 people, tenants are required to purchase plastic/paper tableware. This protects young people from dangerous/unpleasant situations during the party and makes it easier for us to clean up after the party.

Current price for renting the premises: The price for renting the premises is PLN 2,000, plus mandatory security (for parties for more than 10 people) PLN 300 and a refundable deposit paid in cash on the day of renting: PLN 1,000.

: If you are sure about the date you want to book our premises, book it through our website!
At the very top there is a button "Book", after clicking it will take you to the booking calendar, where you can quickly check whether the date you have chosen is still available or already booked. After choosing the date, click 00:00. Provide basic data and make a reservation. We will call you back to arrange a visit to the premises, agree on the details and sign the lease agreement (from the moment the reservation is made, we give 3 to 4 business days to arrange a meeting at the premises).
: It all depends on your needs! It can be all night, all day or specific hours.
: The owner will provide you with the keys to the premises along with the handover protocol on the agreed day of the event at the agreed time in the morning.
: Yes! You have at your disposal a large catering fridge (it can hold a lot of beer, champagne and various types of drinks and even cakes) and a freezer that can hold about 30/40 kg of ice (you can bring your own ice or order it through us).
If you forget something, there is a restaurant, a frog shop, or a liquor store right next door.
: Make your favorite playlist or hire a DJ to provide the music. The playing equipment is designed to connect wirelessly to a phone, laptop or to connect wired to a DJ console.
: Assemble and arrange decorations, balloons, additional interior decorations as you wish, remembering not to damage anything already in the premises and to ensure that disassembly is not too burdensome.
: There is no night silence in the premises, night silence applies in front of the premises and in the staircase, in accordance with general principles adopted by law, with the exception of New Year's Eve.
It is important that the event takes place inside the premises and not in front of it.
Remember!!! Ensure that the entrance door and the staircase door are ALWAYS closed after 10 p.m.
: You can! And for parties of more than 10 people, it is mandatory.
Security costs PLN 300 and stays during your event, at agreed times.
Get to know the security guard before the event, he will be your partner who will help you keep order at the event, in the stairwell and in front of the premises, and will also make sure that no one outside your guest list enters the premises.
: Smoking is strictly prohibited in the premises. Make sure that smokers use the ashtray placed in front of the staircase - a security guard will also help you comply with this rule.
: Yes, we collect a PLN 1,000 refundable deposit from each tenant.
: Before leaving, check the area in front of the cage and on the cage, collect all items that should not be there.
Do not throw paper towels into the toilet.
When leaving, close the door, turn off all lights and music, and do not leave spilled liquids if they could damage something.
The owner will collect the keys from you at the agreed time, while checking whether the premises have been left as agreed.
: Yes, we issue a VAT invoice.
